• Using Microsoft OneDrive for Shared Documents

    Microsoft’s Office365 OneDrive for Business application, available through our campus license, is a useful tool for sharing collaborative documents in a classroom or workspace. This can be Word documents for student group notebooks or assignments, PowerPoints for group presentations, or Excel spreadsheets for a department. Documents stored in OneDrive can be accessed and edited many different ways, including 1) via a web browser, 2) through an application from your desktop (Mac or PC), or 3) using mobile devices.     This guide contains basic tips for meeting participants, such as a students. To Join a Zoom Meeting Click on the link in the email invitation, or in your Moodle course. You may then be prompted to download and install the Zoom app or a browser plugin. Follow the instructions, and then select if you would like to connect audio and/or video, and then click Join.   • Remote Access to Bloomberg Professional

    For the 2021-2022 academic year, faculty, staff and students at Trinity College in Hartford, CT can access Bloomberg either through the terminals in the Financial Research & Technology center in LITC A02, or through Bloomberg’s remote access portal. All 12 of the Trinity shared terminals will be available for remote access, but we are limited to 12 users at any one time. If there are no available shared terminals, you will see a message that all terminals are in use and will not be available for login until one becomes available.
