• Using Microsoft OneDrive for Shared Documents

    Microsoft’s Office365 OneDrive for Business application, available through our campus license, is a useful tool for sharing collaborative documents in a classroom or workspace. This can be Word documents for student group notebooks or assignments, PowerPoints for group presentations, or Excel spreadsheets for a department. Documents stored in OneDrive can be accessed and edited many different ways, including 1) via a web browser, 2) through an application from your desktop (Mac or PC), or 3) using mobile devices.   • Quick Start Guide for Zoom Participants

    This guide contains basic tips for meeting participants, such as a students. To Join a Zoom Meeting Click on the link in the email invitation, or in your Moodle course. You may then be prompted to download and install the Zoom app or a browser plugin. Follow the instructions, and then select if you would like to connect audio and/or video, and then click Join. Some courses may require you to be a Trinity authenticated user, so it is recommended to authenticate your Zoom account by going to https://trincoll.zoom.us and signing in with your trincoll credentials.
