    For students on campus, specialized software remains available through the open computer labs outside of class time, such as LITC B02.   Students either on- or off-campus have access to a variety of software packages through a Windows virtual desktop.   • Participating in a Zoom Meeting

    When you are in a Zoom meeting there are many different screen layouts and ways to arrange your windows. You need to be sure you can see the various windows that may be necessary for the meeting you are in. For example you may be required to raise your hand in order to be called on. You will need to view the participant window to do this. We recommend you open the participant window as well as the chat window.   • Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Temporary Licenses

    UNFORTUNATELY THIS OFFER FROM ADOBE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE To support you during this time of remote learning, Adobe has made the Creative Cloud Suite available for you to install on your personal computer. This license will last until the end of May July 6. Note: Adobe is providing cloud storage for your projects for the duration of the temporary license. We strongly suggest that you make copies of your projects on a local drive. You will lose access to your projects that are stored in the Adobe Cloud when the license ends.   • Using Kaltura Capture to submit video or audio assignments

    Your professor may ask for assignments that involve recording your own audio or video. Kaltura Capture can be used on a desktop or laptop computer and can capture webcam, screen, and audio or any combination of these three. Take a look at the instructions for using Kaltura Capture, which will show you how to download the application from within your My Media library in Moodle. My Media is your own personal audio and video library that stays with you regardless of what course or semester you’re in.
